Meera Norris is curating an art exhibition “From Turab to Noor” (from the soil to the light) for the victims advocacy organization Muslimahs United PDX. Join the opening reception on First Thursday, May 7th 2026 at the BLACK Gallery PDX. This show features Meera's painting along with other female artists around the themes of faith and the artists unique story of finding joy through gratitude, connecting to the sacredness of life, land and instinctual knowledge engrained from ancestry and belief.
