Piece Title: “The Healers” Painted by Artist Meera Norris in 2021, "The Healers" is in honor of land protectors everywhere. These prints come in a variety of sizes to choose from for your home or as a gift. The women in the Middle is a young Olivia Arevalo, the world famous land protector and village healer woman from the Peruvian Onanya of Shipibo-Conibo Indigenous people of Ucayali region, who was brutally  murdered by a Canadian land grabber in 2018 in front of her village. Her lifelong journey of fostering the ancient knowledge of herbal medicine and land stewardship mystically inspired Meera to paint this. The painting features symbols and words encouraging hope and connection with self and earth. The painting was first featured in the exhibition
Fertile Soil” that Meera curated and has been in a number of exhibitions since.

Each matte canvas comes with back hanging already included for convenient placement. The frame is made with profile radiata pine that is ethically sourced from renewable forests.

.: Materials: cotton and polyester composite (canvas), pine wood (frame)
.: Comes in 48 different sizes (including vertical and horizontal orientations)
